These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the BKBet (bkbet.cash) website and mobile application. BKBet is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license, specifically optimized for users in Bangladesh.

By using the BKBet website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use BKBet's services.

To register with BKBet, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to meet any one of these conditions will render the registration void and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may register only one account

• Registering on behalf of someone else or using another person's name is not permitted
• Anyone whose BKBet account was previously closed is not permitted to create a new account

Your mobile number will be verified at the time of registration. Your account will not be fully activated without phone number verification. Each mobile number can only be linked to one account.

You are primarily responsible for keeping your BKBet account secure. Never share your password, login credentials, or OTP codes with anyone — BKBet staff will never ask for your password.

• Use a strong password — mix numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters
• Keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled significantly improves your account security
• Logging into your account over public WiFi carries risks — avoid it where possible
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to BKBet Support immediately
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited

If unauthorized access to your account occurs, BKBet will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, BKBet will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your own negligence.

BKBet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the daily maximum is ৳2,00,000.

• Deposits are generally instant — in rare technical cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, with a daily limit of ৳50,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal

BKBet offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, referral bonus, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Wagering requirements are typically 15–35x the bonus amount
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with a bonus
• Stacking multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted

BKBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, BKBet may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

There are general rules that apply to all betting activity on BKBet. These rules cover all types of Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets are refunded if a match is cancelled — results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered valid
• BKBet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error
• Minimum bet amount is ৳10; maximum bet amount varies by market
• In live betting, the cashout amount is determined by the odds at the time of cashout

If a member is found to be involved in betting fraud, match fixing, or syndicate activity, BKBet may close the account and notify the relevant authorities. The use of legitimate betting strategies is entirely permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BKBet platform. Involvement in any one of them will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity
• Bonus abuse — attempting to extract bonus funds by placing bets on both sides
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or breach BKBet's system security

BKBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• If found to be a minor
• Failure to pass KYC verification
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (24 months)

Members may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Betting on BKBet is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. BKBet takes Responsible Betting seriously and is committed to the well-being of its members.

• Deposit Limit — Set a cap on how much BDT you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly
• Betting Limits — Set a maximum stake amount for each bet
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently close your account for the long term
